Shipping Regions:

  1. Scotland (Dumfries, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Kilmarnock, Motherwell), England (East Midlands, East of England, North East, North West, South East, South West, West Midlands, Yorkshire and the Humber), Wales and England (Greater London).

  2. We use carriers like DPD, DX, UPS, or similar for shipping electric bikes and bikes. Therefore, we DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO addresses.

  3. Residents of Scotland (Aberdeen, Dundee, Falkirk, Outer Hebrides, Inverness, Kirkwall, Kirkcaldy, Paisley, Perth, Galashiels, Shetland Islands), Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or other U.K. territories should contact us for double order confirmation. This might result in extra shipping fees or order cancellations.

Import Duty and Tax:

In most cases, import and customs duties and fees are covered in your final payment to www.atonbikes.co.uk. Customers are responsible for paying these fees as part of international shipments (except when shipping from the mentioned warehouses to a domestic or single marketplace). Customers must also ensure compliance with local/state/federal regulations for importing and using electric bicycles.

Changes to Shipping:

Any changes to shipping after an item has shipped (such as address changes, holding orders, or updating shipping preferences) may cause delays in receiving products, replacements, or refunds. Changes to color or size of ebikes must be made before the order is shipped.

Note on Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items:

We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items due to the actions of FedEx or any other parcel service.

Return Shipping:

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item. Refer to our Limited Warranty Terms for warranty and claims information.

Third-Party Shipping and Paypal Address:

For third-party shipping outside of Aton Bikes' normal process, we cannot provide additional shipping information or documentation.

Paypal Shipping Address:

For orders processed through Paypal, please ensure that the address matches the confirmed address provided by PayPal. If shipping to certain countries and regions is not possible, we will notify you via email after your purchase.
