Payment Methods:
Debit and Credit Cards are our preferred payment methods on www.atonbikes.co.uk. You also have the option to use alternative payment methods, including bank wire transfers or convenience store payments. For bank wire transfers, please contact our customer support with your order ID to obtain our bank information.
Payment Processing:
Payments may be declined or returned to you at Aton Bikes' sole discretion, with or without reason. In the case of accepting a pre-order for any Product, your account, credit card, or other payment mechanisms will be charged upon approval by Aton Bikes, regardless of the anticipated shipping date of your purchase.
If a credit card chargeback is issued for any amount on an order, the Limited Warranty for that order will be temporarily suspended until the chargeback matter is resolved.
Tax:
Applicable taxes, including sales tax, will be collected on all orders where required by law.
Financing:
Qualified purchasers have the option to finance e-bike purchases through Aton Bikes' consumer financing partners. The eligibility criteria for financing, as well as your rights and obligations tied to such a purchase, are determined solely by the consumer financing partner. It is your responsibility to thoroughly review and understand all the terms and conditions associated with financing an e-bike purchase. You acknowledge that Aton Bikes bears no responsibility for any financing arrangements.
Refund Process:
Approved refunds will be automatically credited to your original method of payment, or your credit card, within a period of 2 to 15 days.
Orders Flagged as Fraud:
If our system identifies your order as having a high risk of fraud, we reserve the right to decline fulfillment and provide a refund for your order. Should you believe that a refund was issued in error, kindly reach out to us via email at customer support.
